Prayer
The Jesus Is Lord Church congregation meets at 7:30 pm every Monday night for prayer. During this time, we pray for our families, the community, and the nation. We also make phone calls to people who are housebound or hospitalized and pray with them believing God for their miracle.
Crossfire
Crossfire, the Jesus Is Lord Church Youth Group, meets at 7:30 pm every Saturday night. It is open to everyone from the age of 13 to 29. Youth from the surrounding communities gather together and lift praises to God. Many special events are planned throughout the year as well. Following the service, the youth have time to hang out in the fellowship hall, where there is a snack bar and activities. Heart to Heart
Heart to Heart, a special gathering to feast on the Word of God and experience a more intimate time of fellowship, is held a number of times throughout the year. It is open to all. Dates and times will be posted on the Calendar of Events link as they are scheduled. Choir
The Jesus Is Lord Church choir sings in both our Sunday morning and Thursday night services. The choir practices on Wednesday nights from 7:30 pm to 9 pm. In order to join the choir, you must be attending the church for at least six months and be able to sing. Auditions are required. |
